Responsibilities

Depending on your skills and experience joining Axalta team in Łódź you might specialize either in Customer Service or Sales Support. Both positions are key roles for excellent client service experience.

  • Acts as a primary interface for customers, distributors, potential clients.
  • Actively monitors open orders and lead-time developments to ensure on-time delivery and stays in touch with customer for any notifications.
  • Receives and processes all types of customer orders including complex and internal requests related to customer inquiries (laboratory work requests, brochures or sample sending etc.).
  • Responsible for inquiry & order handling process (offer management, price calculations as well as handling returns).
  • Performs standard Customer and Price Master Data Maintenance in SAP as well as in CRM system.
  • Responsible for the invoice process.
  • Inventory Handling: call-off orders or consignment stocks, fill-ups, inventory management, invoicing, count, reconciliation.
  • Supports Sales by providing detailed input/reports on sales volumes by account.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and one of the following languages is a must: Swedish, German or Czech.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
  • Ideally 2 years of experience in a customer service, supply chain on logistics department within an international company.
  • Proficient in MS Office, good knowledge of SAP. Experience with CRM (e.g. salesforce) tools would be an asset.
  • Excellent communications skills, customer focused and detailed oriented, team player, pressure handling skills.
